JUST KEEP SWIMMING!
An integral part to maintaining a competitive program is for athletes to continue to practice and compete in the off season. Below are some options of swim clubs for summer league teams (https://www.vbsl.net/) as well as year-round teams. Stay in shape over the summer and be ready to work hard in the fall!
Recommended Summer League Teams (most of these are in relation to where our swimmers live):
1. Oceana
2. Larkspur Swim and Racquet Club
3. Little Neck
4. Broad Bay
5. Pembroke Meadows
6. Princess Anne Country Club
Club Teams:
1. TAC
2. ODAC
3. TIDE
4. ECAT
